As a fractional, embedded talent leader, I operate as an extension of your team. Typically I'm operating in place of a specific role (e.g. Chief Talent Officer or Managing Director of Talent, etc.) on an interim, part-time basis.
Depending on the gap you need to fill, we work together to determine the total number of hours per month needed. Pricing varies based on the scope/level of the role and estimated monthly hours, but can range from $6,000 - $18,000 per month.
This service is a long-term partnership. I work with you for at least six months, oftentimes longer, to ensure continuity on your talent and HR team. Part of my work will be to plan for and support the transition of the work to a full-time employee upon the end of our partnership.
