About Sarah Brock

With more than a decade of experience leading talent development and management initiatives, I support organizations and leaders as they navigate the talent landscape during these challenging times.

I began my career as a Teach For America corps member, teaching middle school English in Houston, but I later found my true passion in the world of talent management.

I joined the talent team at KIPP Houston Public Schools where I spent eight years growing a team that led recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, onboarding, and new teacher training programs.

Since then I’ve led communications for an education nonprofit, supported several charter districts with COVID response plans, and launched my own consulting business.

I firmly believe talent work must be rooted in equity and inclusivity, which is why I consistently challenge my clients to develop practices and programs that embrace every individual’s identity.

I earned my Bachelor’s from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and hold SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.  When I’m not working, I spend time cheering for my Auburn Tigers, playing tennis, traveling, and walking my sweet pup Kirby.
