district Staff Package

Available as a stand-alone engagement or as an add-on to the School Comp Package, the District Staff Package supports the design of equitable, consistent salary structures for non-school-based roles in your district or CMO. In addition to the components outlined above, this package includes job leveling, salary band development, and an equity audit.

ADD-ON SERVICES

Every district’s needs are different. The following services may be added to any of the above packages for more customized support.

If you need help administering pay change letters to current staff and updating your HRIS with new salaries, this add-on will support you through full implementation.

If your implementation plan includes training staff and managers on your new comp structure, policies, and plans, this add-on will support you in that effort. 

One of our favorite projects is to develop and send Total Rewards statements to staff, allowing you to ensure staff fully see the total value (benefits, perks, and salary) you offer at your school. 

For previous Comp Partner clients, this add-on can be used year-after-year to refresh your benchmarking and scales each school year. 

Other add-ons available for the District Staff Package include updated job descriptions, competency maps, and promotion processes.

TIMING

A typical Comp Partner engagement lasts approximately 16 weeks. The final timeline may vary based on your district’s specific needs, selected add-on services, and the level of benchmarking and stakeholder engagement required.

PRICING

Pricing is based on the employee size and geographical footprint of each client. Base packages for the School Comp and District Staff packages start at $20,000 for districts/CMOs with one city location and <500 school-based staff. 

Organizations that purchase both packages receive a 10% discount. 

Add-on services are priced based on the scope of each service.
