Retainer Model

The retainer model is best suited for clients who need ongoing support in several areas and/or may not have clear deliverables. Retainer contracts are priced based on an organization’s need and are available for three month increments, up to 12 months. Past clients have also utilized the retainer to cover leaves of absence for talent leaders. Given the focus and attention provided to each client, I only accept a couple retainer clients.

Project Engagement

The Project Engagement model is best suited for clients who have clear deliverables and timelines for achieving results. Past clients have utilized project engagements for short-term projects (three to six weeks) and long-term projects of up to a year. Pricing and engagement length are scoped based on expected deliverables and timelines.
